Eric Norstedt
Mr. Norstedt's law practice focuses on representing individuals against financial institutions in matters of foreclosure defense including negotiating mortgage modification \ restructure and short sales, and securities law. Mr. Norstedt also provides legal advice to small and medium sized businesses on matters regarding corporate formation, contract negotiation, employment issues, and litigation risk analysis.
Mr. Norstedt's education includes a Bachelor of Arts with honors from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, a Master's degree in Finance and Investments from Adelphi University, and a Juris Doctorate, with honors from the University of Miami.
Mr. Norstedt's professional business career began as a Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch in 1983. He successfully passed the general securities representative exam, uniform securities agent state law examination and the New York State life insurance licensing exams. These exams qualified him to advise clients on their investments as well as trade securities.
In 1987, Mr. Norstedt joined PaineWebber's (now known as UBS) legal department to review claimant's portfolios. He designed and created Paine Webber's first legal portfolio analysis software program. Mr. Norstedt's efforts were successful. He was asked to create and manage a department of professionals dedicated solely to the analysis and evaluation of client's portfolios who filed suit or complaints against PaineWebber. Soon thereafter Mr. Norstedt was promoted to Director of Administration, Finance and Systems of the Legal Division and named a Corporate Vice President. At that time the Legal Division had over 300 employees and included the Legal, Early Dispute Resolution, Compliance, Internal Audit, Registration and Employee Investigation departments.
In 1999 Mr. Norstedt left PaineWebber and opened his own Law Firm in South Florida.
Eric Norstedt is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts as well as the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Broward County Bar Association.
Mr. Norstedt is an active member of the community and supports the Shriner's Hospitals for children, Volunteers of America and the Boy Scouts of America. He has lived in South Florida with his family for 14 years.

Steele T. Williams
Steele T. Williams was born in Jacksonville, Florida and has lived in New Orleans, Michigan, and the New York/New Jersey area. Mr. Williams began his business education at the University of Florida where he earned a bachelor of Science in Finance with High Honors and with minors in Economics and The Classics. At the University College of Law, he earned a juris doctorate, graduating with honors, and having a primary focus on business and securities law.
After graduating law school and being admitted to practice law, Mr. Williams joined a small civil litigation firm gaining significant trial experience in the process. Thereafter, he moved to one of the largest firms in Florida as a civil litigator where he specialized in civil litigation for business, securities, insurance, and real estate civil disputes.
Seeking to provide quality legal services to his clients, Mr. Williams established his own boutique law firm, Steele T. Williams, P.A. in February 2004. The firm is dynamic in growth and employs other skilled individuals to provide exceptional legal representation to our clients.
